Posterior Matching for Gaussian Broadcast Channels with Feedback

چکیده
In this paper, the posterior matching scheme proposed by Shayevits and Feder is extended to the Gaussian broadcast channel with feedback, and the error probabilities and achievable rate region are derived for this coding strategy by using the iterated random function theory. A variant of the Ozarow-Leung code for the general two-user broadcast channel with feedback can be realized as a special case of our coding scheme. Furthermore, for the symmetric Gaussian broadcast channel with feedback, our coding scheme achieves the linearfeedback sum-capacity like the LQG code and outperforms the Kramer code. key words: Gaussian Broadcast Channel with Feedback, Feedback, Posterior Matching, Iterated Function Systems.

Bounds for Multiple-Access Relay Channels with Feedback via Two-way Relay Channel
In this study, we introduce a new two-way relay channel and obtain an inner bound and an outer bound for the discrete and memoryless multiple access relay channels with receiver-source feedback via two-way relay channel in which end nodes exchange signals by a relay node. And we extend these results to the Gaussian case. By numerical computing, we show that our inner bound is the same with o...
متن کاملOn Continuous-Time Gaussian Channels
We establish natural connections between continuous-time Gaussian feedback/memory channels and their associated discrete-time versions in the forms of sampling and approximating theorems. It turns out that these connections, together with relevant tools from stochastic calculus, can enhance our understanding of continuous-time Gaussian channels in terms of giving alternative interpretations to ...
متن کاملLQG Control Theoretic Approach to Gaussian Broadcast and Multiple Access Channels with Feedback
In Stochastic Control Theory Course project, I have studied the LQG approach in Gaussian Broadcast Channels with feedback and Gaussian Multiple Access Channels (MAC) with Feedback. Control theoretic approach in communication channels is studied by many authors. Some of those are by G. Kramer [1] which was presented in a more simple form in [2]. Similar work was also done by N. Elia [3]. I have ...
متن کاملSubmitted to the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory , July 2005 Cooperative Relay Broadcast Channels
The capacity regions are investigated for two relay broadcast channels (RBCs), where relay links are incorporated into standard two-user broadcast channels to support user cooperation. In the first channel, the Partially Cooperative Relay Broadcast Channel, only one user in the system can act as a relay and transmit to the other user through a relay link. An achievable rate region is derived ba...
متن کاملNetwork Coding for Line Networks with Broadcast Channels
An achievable rate region for line networks with edge and node capacity constraints and broadcast channels (BCs) is derived. The region is shown to be the capacity region if the BCs are orthogonal, deterministic, physically degraded, or packet erasure with one-bit feedback. If the BCs are physically degraded with additive Gaussian noise then independent Gaussian inputs achieve capacity.
